Founded by Joe Herrmann and Lloyd Griffin, Roof Crushers is a locally owned roofing company proudly serving Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, and the surrounding Hampton Roads communities.
We're not a big national roofing company. We're local guys who believe in hard work, honest communication, and taking care of our neighbors.
Built on Years of Experience
With over 15 years of experience in residential construction, home renovations, and project management, Joe brings a wealth of knowledge to Roof Crushers.
Throughout his career, Joe has been involved in renovating and restoring more than 100 homes across Coastal Virginia. From managing complete home renovations to coordinating skilled contractors and overseeing construction projects, he understands the importance of getting the job done right.
That experience, combined with nearly 20 years in the local real estate industry, has provided a unique understanding of what homeowners need and expect when it comes to protecting their biggest investment.
Together, Joe and Lloyd started Roof Crushers with a simple goal: build a roofing company that homeowners can feel good about calling and confident recommending to their friends and family.
